After work, I went to my parents house and we had dinner. After dinner, my brother and our dad went bowling at Wilderness Crossing - its very nice inside. I'm curious though, we live in Northern Michigan and there are no mountains, so why is their theme including "mountains"! WC only uses really 14 of their 16 lanes, because 2 of them are only for large groups. This bowling alley is small compared to Timber Lanes that has 40 lanes. The 3 of us bowled 2 games each, I did better than last time, because I remembered to take my wrist brace. We all had fun, except for the inconsiderate people who cant wait for others to go first, oh and those kids who throw temper tantrums after their throw - lol.
I have decided to try-out the new version of Microsoft Office 2007 - it sure is different visually! After using OpenOffice for a while, I miss using Office's Word and Excel applications - that's because I am more familiar with these apps instead. Oh a new feature, you can change the color theme of the application - that's very stupid. Time to do more testing with it!

I am happy that I sent out an email to all my friends/family about updates to my site. A couple hours later, I got a call from Mike Desforges owner of The Wooden Gallery and him telling me, he wants one of my photographs. It's been a while, since Mike and I have chatted, since I don't work with him anymore - so it was nice to catch up. Mike will be doing up a couple prints and one for me and another to sell in the store - not bad of a deal! Get some of your photographs done with the process at The Wooden Gallery.
Well, the renovated galleries along with many other pages on my site - have a new look & feature! The new feature I like to call "Quickjump" allows the user to jump from one gallery to the next easily (its an improvement from the most recent update). This new feature is also extremely easy for myself to update too - I only have to update 1 file and everything is changed.
Also for those who check out the monthly galleries, well its that time again - new photographs have been added to: Personal - August 2008, Beni Kilander - August 2008.
The Quickjump feature has been added to the Portfolio pages as well.

If you thought the recent updates to the gallery were amazing, you haven't seen anything yet! That's right, I've done it again - the updates to the galleries will make it even "EASIER" to jump through other galleries. I'll let you know when this conversion is completed - it should be completed tomorrow.
Fish and ugly creatures... 8/30/08
Today has been a good day, beside the fact - a dog scared the living hell out of me today - by popping its head outside the car vehicle and nearly biting me! My parents picked me up this morning and we went out to Leland, Michigan. At Leland, we wanted to go to Carlson's Fishery and get some fish. In Leland, they were having an Art Fair, nothing too exciting - but some vases caught my attention, a little bit too much money though. Leland is known for their Fishtown, I also purchased some candy at one of their shops "Rock Candy", haven't had Rock Candy in years - I got a pound, which will last a while.
I got some photographs in Leland as well, which can be seen in the gallery. That's right, the month of August is about over - so the galleries have been updated with new pics. Here is a ugly spider that lived by my flowers for a while, until I killed it today!
